This Privacy Policy (Privacy Policy) explains how Shreve Legal PLLC (Shreve Legal, us, our, we) collects Personal Information based on interactions with online and offline channels (Channels), how we use such information, and rights residents of states with applicable privacy laws may have with respect to such information. Please be aware that Shreve Legal collects relatively limited amounts of consumer Personal Information subject to all of the rights and provisions under the state comprehensive privacy laws because the Personal Information we obtain is largely exempted as personal financial data subject to the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and state based financial laws.
